Shipping and Security Policy

Shipping policies

Arte Art Gallery (Elvia Espinosa García) takes your order to the address you want by providing coverage in all the municipalities of the Mexican Republic through various courier companies. According to the measures or previous volumetric weight of the product ordered and/or by extension to the postal code provided for shipment, it may have an additional cost itself that will be indicated at the time of purchase. In case there is promotion in shipments this will not be charged.

Once the purchase order has been generated and payment is confirmed by credit/debit card, OpenPay will not be able to make product or tone changes, cancellations, request refund, or changes of address, so we ask you not to forget to check your products, order and shipping address before confirming the purchase.

Delivery times

Delivery will be made at the address indicated and delivery may vary according to the policies of each parcel (see the policies of the parcels on their websites).

The preparation time of the order will be at least 24 hours when verifying the existence of the product (except on sales days and / or special promotions (Hot Sale, Cyber Monday, Black Friday...), and high sales seasons such as (Good End, December...), or otherwise the processing time is 8 days.

The shipping time to your home is an additional 3 days within the national territory and 6 days in the United States and Canada. Until the preparation process is complete, the tracking number that will be provided to you by mail is generated.

By opening the online store, we will continue with the free shipping promotion TEMPORARILY until further notice in standard measurements of the published product. In case of custom measures, we reserve the right to add an extra cost for shipping. The cost of normal shipping is: $450 MXN pesos, and in Express shipping of $850.00 MXN pesos, on purchases larger than 4 paintings normal shipping is FREE.

The delivery time for the entire republic in normal shipping is: 3 to 5 business days**, from the sending of the tracking number to your email or via Whatsapp, do not include holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. (To check the delivery time and location of your order, you can follow up with your guide number on the relevant parcel website).

1. If your purchase is confirmed before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase. From that day on, you will start counting the preparation time for delivery when the requested product is in stock. If it is a custom request during the purchase, the stipulated times for its preparation and start of the shipping process will be specified.

2. If your purchase is confirmed after 1 p.m., the preparation time will start counting from the next business day. As noted in the previous point.

3. If you make a purchase on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

Delivery exception

Return by service occurs

Lost or stolen packages.

Arte Art Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed as delivered by the parcel company. The customer must track and report the customer service number of the relevant parcel to assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the items.

Packages delayed

Arte Art Gallery is not responsible for packages delayed by the corresponding parcel company. The customer must track and update a report to the customer service number of the parcel to assume responsibility and report the reasons for the delay as well as the location of the package.

Guarantees and liability

Identity Validation

Arte Art Gallery's verification team will contact you via email to perform an identity check, in the following cases:

1. On purchases over $7,500.00 MXN pesos paying by Credit/Debit card at OpenPay/Pay Pal.

2. The recipient's name does not match the name of the Debit/Credit card holder.

3. When our system detects any unusual or fraudulent movement in the order.

We make this request in order to take care of your integrity and verify that you are the cardholder or have authorization to make use of it and prevent cases of fraud or illegal purchases.

In case you receive an identity, validation email you need to please send us a photo of the official identification (INE, Driver's License or Passport) of the cardholder front and back, to continue the process of preparing and shipping products.

Arte Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel the order within 72 business hours if the customer does not comply with identity validation or if the identification is not legible.

Change Policy

CHANGE POLICY IN ART ART ONLINE STORE. GALLERY

1. Arte Art Gallery accepts changes to products purchased from its online store in any of the following cases:

1. The product is defective or unhealthy upon receipt.

2. The product is not to the customer's liking, or was not what you ordered, as long as the product is in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.

2. The customer will have a maximum of 3 business days to request their exchange for another product. No product return will be accepted and no refunds will be made.

3. Changes to the Art Gallery online store will be made for one product or multiple products of the same value as the product you want to exchange. If the customer chooses a lower value product than the one they want to change, Arte Art Gallery will not pay the difference to the customer.

4. There will be no changes to accessories (Handcrafts, decoration accessories, etc.) There will also be no changes to discounted products, purchased during promotions, or gifts delivered in the purchase of any other product(s).

5. The use of products purchased from Arte Art Gallery is the responsibility of the consumer. Arte Art Gallery is not responsible for the consequences or reactions that such products may cause in the mis handling of them.

6. To request the change of a product purchased from the Arte Art Gallery online store, the following steps must be completed:

· The customer must request the change within the first 3 business days after receiving the delivery of their products (Saturdays and Sundays will not be considered business days) to verify that it is not requested.

· The change request will be mailed to the [email protected] with an explanation of the reason for the change, as well as with the purchase order and receipt details. Once analyzed and if the change proceeds, it must be indicated why another product or products of the same value want to make the change.

· In case the product has arrived in bad condition, defective, evidence (photographs or videos) will be requested to check the status of the product.

· Arte Art Gallery will absorb collection costs for products that have been shipped in bad condition, defective, or have been shipped by mistake instead of the product that was purchased. Arte Art Gallery will send a guide to the customer for the return of the defective or wrong product and will coordinate with the customer and the parcel company for the collection of the package.

· In case the customer wishes to return a product because it was not to their liking (as long as it has not been used or abused and is in its original packaging), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer will send the product to the address that we will provide by email [email protected].

· In any case, the customer will have 3 calendar days to make the return of the product in the same conditions in which he received it and without having used it. The product will be shipped with the original packaging and labeling and in the same box or envelope in which it received them or in its defect in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition. In addition, you must include proof of your order that you received printed along with the products in the package.

· Once the product is received, Arte Art Gallery will check its status, as well as that the product has not been altered by the customer or used under conditions other than those recommended. If the product is in good condition, it will proceed with the shipment of the substitute product within 3 working days if it is in stock, if it is not in stock, they will agree the processing days for its elaboration according to the customization of the requested product.
